I heard the birds for the first time really chirping today, and the little frost on the windows did nothing to deter the fact that finally spring is here. So many changes and so much to do that it is unfathomable how much we can do for you! The boat show kicked off our season in February and we were off to the races. Not to mention the newest addition to the Magnum Boating, Inc. family...Magnum's The Boathouse.
We began in November thinking we'd have it open in January, but Father Winter kept us behind dumping loads of snow over the entire Smith Mountain Lake area. In a way, it was a blessing as the most beautiful pics emerged and I saw for the first time how heavy snow frames the water. It was more than breathtaking for me who hadn't seen the pink skies dance over the white canvas mirrored in the deep emerald lake. It was BEAUTIFUL...........

The season flew by and it was a blessed year. Thank you to all the new customers and our loyal customers for years. We are ready to winterize your boat and hope to see you over the holidays. We've also brought in Mexico Viejo from Crazy Horse to take over the restaurant and open their second location. What a wonderful addition to the Magnum Boating family! There food is incredible and we can't wait to serve you!
